If you are looking for a space where you are truly understood, you’ve come to the right place. For over a decade, I have dedicated my career to creating safe, inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals don’t just “get by”, they thrive.

Having lived with a stammer my whole life, I know firsthand what it feels like to be told you need to change to fit in. I’ve faced the voices saying I should speak more fluently or aim lower. Those experiences didn’t stop me; they fueled my fire. They taught me that you do not need to change who you are to be successful.

With over 10 years experience in vocational training, I’ve specialised in delivering leadership, management and coaching to hundreds of neurodivergent and disabled learners across a vast range of job roles and organisations.

At Thrivology Coaching, I challenge the status quo. Society often makes neurodivergent people feel like they are the problem or that they’re less competent than their neurotypical peers. I’m here to flip that script. Together, we’ll focus on your unique strengths and build a path to success that honors exactly who you are.

My Coaching Philosophy

Below are my guiding principles which gives you an idea of how I’ll work with you:

Non-Directive & Non-Judgemental: You are the expert on your own life. I provide a “shame-free” zone where we explore your challenges without the weight of “shoulds” or “musts.”

Neuro-Affirming: I view differences as differences and not deficits. I’m not here to help you act ‘neurotypical’, I’m here to help you to be the best you as you can be.

Empathetic Listening: I offer a space where you are truly heard. I listen not just to your words, but to the lived experience behind them.

Meeting You Where You’re At: Whether you’re in a season of high energy or on the verge of burnout, we work at a pace that respects your current capacity.

Executive Function: Some neurodivergent individuals struggle with the ‘how’ of every day life such as, prioritisation, task initiation, time management and organisation. We can investigate and analyse any areas of your executive function to explore strategies to give you a boost.

Strength-Based & Positive Psychology: We move away from the “deficit model” of neurodivergence. Instead of trying to “fix” you, we identify your innate strengths and leverage them to create sustainable success.

Deep Thinking & Practical Tools: While our sessions are conversational, I provide evidence-based strategies, activities, and cognitive tools with your permission, to help you gain clarity and move from “stuck” to “thriving.”
