At Thrivology Coaching I offer both structured and non-structured coaching to suit you and to enable you to get the most out of your coaching experience.
non-structured 1:1 coaching
Non-structured 1:1 coaching provides you the freedom to decide what we focus on and how. You set the amount of sessions you wish to have and you can book as you go.
This option is perfect for someone who already has clear goals in mind or does not wish to commit to a full 6 session programme.
Session length requires a minimum of 60 minutes however, the amount of sessions is up to you!
The elite executive function (ef) blueprint – 1:1 programme
This flagship programme is designed to help ND professionals develop their Executive Function and reach sustainable high performance, whilst mitigating the chance of burnout.
*Note – If you are currently experiencing burnout, this programme would not be appropriate. It would be recommended to start with The Restorative EF Blueprint programme first.
This programme consists of our currated 3 step programme as outlined below:
- Audit (Session 1-2): This initial stage is data driven, where we’ll identify and explore your current state vs. your desired state through a range of my own tailored audits and assessments.
- Architect (Session 3-4): This stage is all about taking your new understanding and moving to structural design, building a new framework for you to operate from. We’ll design new systems and processes that reduce friction and cognitive load.
- Automate (Session 5-6): This final stage is where we build sustainable momentum and make high performance habitual. We’ll check and review your systems and processes and ensure they work with you, so that you can continue to thrive!
The restorative ef blueprint programme – 1:1 programme
A programme designed for ND professionals who are currently experiencing burnout, using our currated step process as outlined below:
- Audit (Session 1-2): This initial stage is all about auditing your biological and cognitive load, as well your external environment to identify specific triggers that are draining you.
- Architect (Session 3-4): We’ll then look at redesigning your life and work to prioritise nervous system regulation to start your recovery process. We’ll explore and identify new systems and processes that reduce demand, establish boundaries and start to rebuild your Executive Function leading to more emotional and physical balance.
- Automate (Session 5-6): Finally, we’ll take your new systems and process and make them habitual and bring an end to burnout cycles. We’ll also look at self-assessment methods to support you in the future so that you can ensure burnout doesn’t force its way back in again.
This programme comes with 2 complimentary 30 minute check-in sessions 3 & 6 months from its completion, to ensure full burnout recovery.
